IF YOU CANCEL ANY ORDER FOR ANY REASON AFTER 24 HOURS,YOU WILL BE CHANGED A 30 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.
ANY CUSTOM COLOR- SPECIAL ORDER- "ONE OFF" ORDER IS NON REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED QUOTED TIME TO SHIP YOUR ORDER, THE TIME QUOTED IS JUST A ESTIMATE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER PLENTY OF TIME IN ADVANCE SO YOU HAVE YOUR PARTS WHEN YOU NEED THEM. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR MECHANIC TAKE YOUR BIKE APART UNTIL YOU HAVE THE PARTS YOU ORDERED IN HAND. IF YOU ARE SENDING YOUR PARTS IN FOR CHROME, LET YOUR MECHANIC KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT OUR ETA'S ARE ESTIMATES AND THAT IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN THE TIME WE HAVE QUOTED SO THAT THEY DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO PAY STORAGE FEE'S.
CHROME WARRANTY IS ONE YEAR, PLEASE KEEP YOUR INVOICE IN A SAFE PLACE, AS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE IT SHOULD YOU NEED WARRANTY WORK DONE.
BIKE PICK UP AND DELIVERY INFO
If you are having your bike shipped please inform the shipping company that they will need to load the motorcycle and strap it down. We will not provide straps.
If you are picking your bike up please remember to bring a vehicle or trailer that you can easily load your bike into.
For insurance purposes we are not allowed to help you load or strap down your motorcycle.
Bikes are only available for pickup during business hours which are 8am-5pm Monday- Friday and Saturday 8am- 12pm. There will not be anyone here for after hours pickup.
